Your appointments are very important to the Atoley team. We understand that schedule adjustments are necessary and life happens, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that reservation time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
24 hour Appointment Changes, Cancellations or No-Shows (missed appointments) A 24-hour notice of any change or cancellation is required to avoid being charge 50% of the service for same day changes, cancellation or no-shows. You may be asked to pay for the missed appointment if requested by your stylist.

Late arrival
Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that the next client's appointment is not delayed. Please understand that we cannot adjust pricing for reduced service time due to a late arrival. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please call ahead and let us know. You may be required to rebook for another day. Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) may be asked to reschedule the appointment and pay 50% off your scheduled service.
Gift cards
Give the gift of pampering for any occasion! We currently have online gift card purchases turned off but would love to help you purchase a gift card. Please call the salon and we can even mail your gift to the recipient.
