Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to the Atoley team. We understand that schedule adjustments are necessary and life happens, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice,
we miss the opportunity to fill that reservation time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
24 hour Appointment Changes, Cancellations or No-Shows (missed appointments)
A 24-hour notice of any change or cancellation is required to avoid being charge 50% of the service for same day changes, cancellation or no-shows. You may be asked to pay for the missed appointment if requested by your stylist.
