Is there a membership fee to enroll in the program? No, there is no membership fee to enroll. To start your membership, we will charge your credit card the first month's payment. The spa credit will be loaded in your client "wallet" for you to use immediately.
How long are the terms of the membership? The membership is 12 months agreement. There is a $150 fee to cancel your membership prior to the 12 month term.
When will my credit card be charged every month? Your Atoley Membership will be billed the day you sign up for your membership this allows you the entire month to use your credit.
Can I cancel my membership? After the 12 month term you may cancel the program at any time with the 30 days' written notice. If you cancel prior to your we month term there is an early termination of $150.00.
Can my family or friend get my membership perks? Your Atoley Spa Membership is non-transferable.
Can I save my monthly credits and use them together? Unfortunately no, we structured our membership to allow you to get services that are suggested to be done 4-6 weeks apart. The goal of our membership is to allow our guests to experience different spa services.
Can I do more that 1 service with my membership dollars? Yes! You can do as many services as you would like- you even get to use your discount for select spa services and just apply your membership dollars towards your total.
What happens if I need to cancel my appointment? Atoley has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment please do so 24 hours in advance. If less than 24 hours notice is given we will apply your membership dollars to your cancelled service.
How can I enroll in the Atoley Spa Membership? You can enroll at the salon with one of our guest service team members!
